About The Event
Hosted by: Friends Who Adventure in partner with Andrea Dusel Foil fitness & massages provided by Haley "Prema Shakti" Kalb of HibisKISS Yoga, Ayurveda & Massage
Trip Includes:
*Unlimited workout classes
*Hikes
*Room and Board (3-night stay at luxury mountain home)
*3 healthy meals a day prepared by a private chef or catered in
*One outside adventure (not determined yet but will most likely be ATV, horseback riding or white-water rafting)
*One 30 min massage
*Personal training on request and per sign up
Classes:
Classes and activities are on a sign-up basis, no obligation to participate in anything we do at this retreat. The schedule usually consist of two fitness classes per day and one group activity, some time for personal training (by sign up) or down time. Our group excursion has yet to be determined but will most likely be ATV riding, horseback riding, or white-water rafting.
Food:
3 meals per day are served by our personal chef or catered in. Food allergies will be taken into consideration when planning meals. Breakfast time will be from 8-9am and lunch will usually be served around 1pm with dinner around 8pm. Alcohol and soda are not provided on the trip, but you are more than welcome to bring/purchase your own. Healthy snack and drinks will be stocked for in-between meals.
The House:
Our luxury home will be determined once we have a better idea of participants. Rooms will be double occupancy and all rooms are not created equal so some price difference may apply.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS:
co-led by a team of certified experts with backgrounds in Yoga and Pilates.
Andrea Dusel Foil
Andrea was born and raised in Wyoming. She grew up dancing, and after graduating from high school, she moved to North Carolina to earn her B.A. in Dance Performance from UNCCharlotte. She has danced professionally in North Carolina, Maryland, Nevada and New York as well as touring in the US and Copenhagen. Andrea started Pilates and Yoga as a form of cross training and injury rehabilitation. Once she felt the difference it made in her strength and overall wellness, she knew it was something she wanted to share with others. Andrea believes in working with individuals of all levels in a supportive and non-judgemental manner. Whether you are working with an injury, looking for pre/post natal care or just looking to feel healthier and stronger, Andrea will give you a workout that will leave you feeling strong and inspired. And she promises, "Don't worry, it's gonna be fun!"
Andrea has her 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga Certification from It’s Yoga International as well as her 50 hour Rocket Certification from It’s Yoga International, her comprehensive Pilates Certification from DK Bodybalancing International and her Lagree Fitness Certification from Lagree Fitness. She is also CPR and First Aide certified.
Haley "Prema Shakti" Kalb
Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP), Yoga Instructor E-RYT500 and Licensed Massage Therapist (MT.0021427), she is a devoted practitioner and disciple of yoga, Ayurveda and massage. She guides her students to explore the union of body, mind and spirit through Ayurvedic principles, asana (posture), pranayama (breath work), bodywork therapies, energy healing and meditation.
Prema began her journey into holistic wellness after 5 years of working a corporate desk job in finance. She fell in love with the practice of yoga + meditation and completed a 200hr yoga teacher training in 2012. While studying yoga, Prema discovered Ayurveda and graduated from the Florida Academy of Ayurveda in 2014 as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. To round out her education and offerings Prema became a licensed massage therapist, graduating from the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute and is currently deepening her studies in Ayurveda at the Alandi Ashram in Boulder, CO to advance on as an Ayurvedic Doctor. Prema is passionate about helping others tap into their innate wisdom to uncover balance and bliss within their own unique journey.
TRIP INSURANCE AND WAIVER:
Waivers will be signed prior to the event date, and trip insurance will be mandatory. Cost is minimal.
